“It’s absolutely amazing,” she says. “Tips are flowing in and I’m having great conversations with all the users. Everyone is working together for the goal, and we’re all enjoying our time together.”
Keeping things enjoyable is vital to anyone who wants to become a camgirl. Even offline, HelloKizzy makes sure that she keeps the prep work between shows enjoyable. “There’s a decent amount of work to keep track of for camming. A lot of it is finding and buying outfits, deciding on hairstyles. It’s important to find what makes you feel most comfortable.
“That was the most valuable piece of advice I got when I first started. It’s important not to compare yourself to other models. Everyone is a unique individual. Be yourself, be unique and engaging, and you’ll find an audience drawn to you for that.”

On the subject of being yourself, HelloKizzy loves how much she can be herself with her audience. “I have genuine conversations with them and take the time to learn what they like. “Between shows, I like to make sure I hang out with people who make me feel good, even if I’m too tired. If I’m exhausted, I’ll sleep! But it’s important to take the time to relax and get in tune with myself, so that I’m my best self when I’m next online.”

Do:
- DO engage all users in your room, not just the premium members. Acknowledging the guests and basic members as well goes a long way.
- DO make the most of all your possible revenue streams. Cam consistently, make media, etc. The more accessible you are, the more you’re likely to make.
- DO give yourself proper time to recharge. It’s easy to get caught up in how much fun you’re having, but you are the main priority. Making sure you feel your best will help you do your best.
Don’t:
- DON’T demand tips or call our members for their tokens. When everyone feels respected and appreciated, they’re more likely to tip because of that. Remember, encouraging tips is not the same as demanding them!
- DON’T beat yourself up over slow days. Everyone has them and it has nothing to do with your value as a model.
- DON’T ever do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable, even if someone has promised a huge tip for it. Your comfort is never worth compromising and you should never feel like that’s what it takes to make money or be successful because that’s not true.
